  • A TRIP TO CAPE TOWN

    A couple of months ago, we went to Cape Town, for Richard & Sanchia’s wedding and decided to make a really good holiday of it. On our first day, we rushed down to a beach bar to have cocktails in the setting sun with the very lovely Emma Norén and her handsome Ricky.

    This is my first photo taken with her beautiful Rolleiflex-there’s something sweet about taking a photographer’s photo. Emma photographed our wedding last year and for that, I adore her. We had so much organised for when we visited Cape Town, looking back at all the photos, I am amazed we fitted it all in.

    I’m now off away again for a few days, this time to Sicily to eat, sleep and take photos. Then I’m back to work on two weddings next week, in Covent Garden and the country. It’s going to be a really good week.

  • A RICHMOND ENGAGEMENT

    In the summertime, when we still had lots of sunshine, Tiffany & Albert flew to London for a holiday and got in touch for a portrait session. I suggested we take their photos in Richmond and so we had a chilled out afternoon walking along the river all the way down to Petersham and back. Two perfect strangers even invited us into their beautiful house overlooking the river, to make use of their balcony. It was a calm, sweet afternoon.

  • A HEMPEL HOTEL WEDDING

    Jing & Bai are a truly unique couple. From the moment we met, I loved their style and individuality, Jing’s cheeky eyes and Bai’s sense of calm. I was honoured to photograph their intimate London wedding, which they shared together with twenty friends. At our first meeting, Bai told me that he liked tilt-shift photography, so I bought a tilt-shift lens to use at their wedding. It’s a tiny little bit magic.

  • A WEDDING AT SHELDON MANOR

    Two teenage sweethearts fall in love, at fifteen they share their first kiss. They promise to be together forever and pledge to stay true to this. Fast forward ten years, a ring she now wears, a wedding at Sheldon Manor they plan. On the twenty-third of June, another kiss is had and a lady makes a husband of her man. It seems like yesterday you & your adorable plus 1 were here with us, picnicking on Nelson Park, watching fireworks from our Balcony, & jumping out of your skin over those nasty 8 legged creatures! We LOVE the photos & the knowledge that one of my favourite persons ever is responsible for such beautiful photos is reason to let the eyes swell & let a few more tears of happiness & love flow.   8. There are so many things I love about this wedding. The Chrysler Valiant, the Byron Lighthouse, the blue sky, the champagne in the Esky, the killer shoes and of course, the Bride and Groom. Beautifully captured once again!
