A FRENCH RIVIERA BEACH WEDDING

It was a dream to photograph a wedding on the Cote d’azur and I was so lucky to have met these two lovelies and to have shared a very beautiful weekend with all of their important people. Elegant, sophisticated, a day full of friends and laughter, Miki and Tom held their wedding on the French riviera at L’Ecrin beach restaurant in Cannes. I think you’ll agree, it was a little bit gorgeous.


Thank you so much guys, for having me along to your wedding weekend. I think the world of you both and loved every minute spent photographing your wedding celebrations and getting to know your eccentric families, it was one of the more memorable moments of 2011! Thank you as ever to the impeccable Kerry Bracken, whose hard work planning and co-ordinating this wedding was not overlooked.

This weekend is a quiet one, with an intimate party of twelve for our first London wedding of the year in Marylebone and Mayfair. After a little time away travelling, it’s always lovely to be back curled cosy on our own sofas, at home in London again.

    Jess & Ludge got married in April this year in Lourinha, Portugal and I was so grateful to have been there. Friends and family flew from Sydney, London and Paris to celebrate and it made for a beautiful reunion.

    The evening before, everyone met up for a chat and a catch up, this time in a tiny old village. We stood outside in the street, laughing and talking whilst the sun set and the bar next door sold glasses of wine for 30¢. This is the tiny village that Ludgero grew up in.

  • A BRIGHTON ENGAGEMENT

    It is impossible not to be happy in the presence of Adam and Sophie. They are so very much in love with each other, you in turn find yourself falling a little bit in love with them. They laugh a lot and make you smile, they’re kind and affectionate, relaxed and real and as I discovered one day in Brighton, the kind of people you feel like you’ve always known. They also have a habit of making the sun shine, which was perfect for our morning wandering around for their pre-wedding photos.

  • A SUMMER WEDDING IN TUSCANY

    High on the hills of a village in Tuscany, the sun shining down behind clouds, for the intimate wedding of Liam & Nicole, two families and friends gathered round. We sat and we watched the exchanging of rings, the promise to share come what may, we clapped and we cheered and we couldn’t help but beam, on this beautiful Italian wedding day.

  • A COSMO BRIDE FEATURE

    Lindsey & Tim’s Covent Garden London wedding made it into the December/January issue of our UK Cosmopolitan Bride!

    I love seeing my weddings in print and I am so grateful to Cosmo for featuring Lindsey & Tim’s wedding, who brought a copy of Cosmo to their first meeting with me! I very much like happy endings like this.

  6. What a location, what a couple. I love the look on their faces as they walk down the aisle, it’s a true *we really did it*. Also love the cheeky glances by the guests as well as how you always document everything with such a beautiful calm, ease.

  9. Well this is just a dream wedding to photograph. I adore the prep shots especially the black and white portrait while Miki is getting in her dress. Wonderful as ever. x
