We’ve done our fair share of weddings over the past three years, so here is a list of all of the loveliest people we’ve worked with:
Planners for weddings & events in the UK:
Penny at Tiger Lily Weddings: Reporting for The Times on all things weddings, planners don’t get much more experienced than this one.
Forever & Ever Events : Mary Herrington is a very cute American, planning beautiful weddings in London and abroad.
Charley at London Bride: all good things come in small packages and this planner, stylist and coordinator is worth her weight in gold.
Planners & florists for weddings & events abroad:
Kerry Bracken is our favourite planner in the south of France. She’s simply magnifique.
Wayne Riley Flowers is easily our favourite florist and couldn’t come with a higher recommendation.
Céline has been planning weddings in and around Paris since 2003. She’s very good indeed.
Fabienne is cool, calm and collected and works throughout Provence & the south of France.
Greece & the Greek Islands:
SP Weddings is run by the eloquent Sara, organising beautiful weddings in Greece and the islands.
Chic Weddings in Italy are two stylish ladies, coordinating weddings in London & Italy.
Joelle Marie is a fantastic bi-lingual planner, based in Florence. She’s also great on a dancefloor-we’ve seen her.
UK wedding venues:
Maunsel House in Somerset is not far from Glastonbury and perfectly situated on its own private estate. With an eclectic interior, options for indoor and outdoor receptions and its fantastic staff, you’ll be hard pressed to find a more eclectic venue.
One Marylebone is one of our favourite London wedding venues for its location and its interior. Those tall windows and soft white walls stream the light in, making for beautiful photos whatever the weather and Alicia runs events there with precise organisation.
The Institute of Contemporary Arts in London is big, bright and beautiful, situated in the heart of London town. If you’re looking for an understated wedding venue, look no further than the ICA.
Aynhoe Park is a beautiful bright canvas, with space both inside and outside for a beautiful wedding reception. There’s also an unusual collection of stuffed animals. What more could you want?
Mark Brown is our Super8 hero. Think nostalgia, romance and a wedding film to make your heart sing.
Clark & Palmer make us wish we were videographers. They are very amazing indeed.
Shutterbox Films make films that we’d like to think look like our photos. Beautiful storytelling, attention to detail and a whole lot of love and light.
Our most favourite mode is the Citroen DS, you simply won’t get any cooler than this.
Vanilla Bus is a beautifully restored VW campervan. Retro cool and spacey too.
Routemaster buses traditionally come in red, but you can also hire their special gold one.
Karma Kars are a very unusual and an eye-catching way to arrive on your day.
